How to prepare a manuscript for submission
In your submission, please include:
Title Page, containing
A concise and informative title
Author names and affiliations, including the email-addresses of all the authors
Corresponding author
Acknowledgements, if desired
Blinded Manuscript, without author identifying information

Should your manuscript be accepted for publication, in addition: Author Biographies with

Manuscripts shall be submitted as Word documents.

Structure
Manuscripts should begin with the following information:
title
up to 5 keywords, separated by semicolons
abstract, no longer than 100 words/800 characters including spaces
Headings should be numbered, starting with 1. There may be a maximum of three heading hierarchies.
Please insert two blank lines before all sub-headings.
Paragraphs are to be separated by one blank line (without automatic spacing or indentation).
In addition, Morals & Machines also supports the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (https://www.law.ox.ac.uk/oscola) for authors from the legal field.
Illustration, Figures, Tables, and Charts
All illustrations must be numbered consecutively and denoted as “figure”. The title of the figure must be followed by a colon. Please cited the source below the figure if appropriate.
Illustrations must be provided separately as editable powerpoint, ai, eps, psd or pdf files in printable resolution (300 dpi) with a size of about 2 MB.
For optimal reproduction, please take into account the width of the journal’s pages (180 x 232 mm).
Miscellaneous
In order to emphasize words, please use italics. If quotes contain italics, it is to be specified who inserted them.
Manuscripts can either be written in British or American English.
On their first occurrence, all abbreviations are to be spelled out. Common abbreviations, such as AI, do not require explanations.
Please provide additional explanations in footnotes. Footnote numbers should be inserted after the closing punctuation.
All quotes shall be placed in quotation marks and concluded with a respective reference before a period.
The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
